ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm Ankita Rohra. I was born in the vibrant state of Gujarat, India, and later moved to Mumbai for my higher education. I settled in this bustling city, where I pursued a career as a calligraphy artist after studying chemistry.
For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of coaching calligraphy. My love for art has been with me since childhood, and it was only natural for me to explore my creative side further in recent years. I began trying my hand at painting on canvas, and it quickly became a meditative and fulfilling experience.
I find great joy in spending hours with brushes, paints, and canvas, immersing myself in the world of colors and creativity. My journey has been one of self-discovery and connection with art, and I'm excited to share my creations with you.

When one buys a piece of art, one wants to buy into a piece of story - a story that weaves a connect between the artist and the buyer and Ankita manages to do just that!
Walking into her exhibition felt like a rush of nostalgia - there were corners dedicated to spirituality, seasons, nature and coffee days of love unspoken yet felt.
The art piece I picked was a piece of mountain and meditation, both my favorite; it thus allows me to stare at a wall and reach another place of calm.
The painting is stunning and it's beauty resembles the artist herself who has a smile and passion for her art that enraptured you to her beautiful world.
